The Plumbing and Gas Heroes is a family run business operating from Bicton and servicing the cities of Melville, Fremantle and the wider Perth metro area.

I have been in the industry for over 21 years with both local and international experience having previously worked for British Gas in the United Kingdom before arriving in Australia and becoming a member of the Master Plumbers Association.

What's your call out fee?

We have a $65 call out charge which is taken off the job if you go ahead. For the day to day simple plumbing tasks we provide a quote on the spot for the work. This small fee covers the time getting to and from site and half hour on site to advise and perform a plumbing health check.

Do you charge for a quote?

Yes, we charge a flat quote fee of $65 where we will inspect your issue before providing a full recommendation and quote. This fee will come off the final invoice.

How long will a job take?

We work as efficiently as possible and the team will always try and complete jobs within an hour. For more complicated tasks, we will provide an estimated time frame.

Is there a warranty?

Our workmanship has a 25 year guarantee and we supply our own materials which come with manufactures warranty.

What is the pricing policy for services involving blocked drains, gas leaks, and water leaks?

For tasks like blocked drains/ gas leaks/ water leaks we give you a price for the first hour which includes the use of the drain machine/ equipment and then we will charge every 30 minutes after that.
